Job Description

Description:

The role of the Field Service Technician is to inspect, diagnose, adjust, and repair VisionPak machines. Perform maintenance on machines including resolving mechanical and electrical malfunctions.

Essential Functions:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment in the field.
• Interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on services performed.
• Effectively explain and train on function of equipment to customers.
• Work constructively with customers.

Requirements:

• Ability to travel on short notice up to 75%.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Be within 1 hour of a major airport.
• Basic hand tools required. List provided upon request.
• Interpersonal skills required. Proficient in written and oral communication.

Pay from $25-45/hour commensurate with experience.
