We’re looking for a SEASONED Electric Motor Outside Sales Representative to cover the local and surrounding areas of South Louisiana and East Texas. We’re looking for someone with a great personality, obviously great with people, an extensive knowledge of electric motors and the industry, and motivated to work for the success of the company and individual. Eagle Electric Machinery, Inc. is family owned and has been servicing the electric motor industry since 1989. Insurance and benefits are available and will be discussed during the interview. Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales and repairs of electric motors.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage territory effectively, tracking sales progress and reporting on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align strategies and enhance product offerings.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in outside sales of electric motors, particularly in B2B environments
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Ability to manage accounts and develop business relationships
• Experience in technical sales and territory management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to perform product demos
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and upselling techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evenings as needed
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
