Job Description

Air Power Sales and Service is e are a full service compressor company that specializes in the sale and repair of compressed air systems. We are the Authorized Sullair Distributor for the North and East Texas regions. We’ve been in business over 40 years. Specializing in service and repair our highly-trained service technicians will ensure the reliability of compressed air system, regardless of brand or size, with 24-hour emergency service, 365 days a year.

We are currently seeking a Field Service  Technician to join our team.

Looking for a Compressor Technician with min 5+ years of experience. Must be able to diagnose and repair oil flooded rotary screw air compressors, compressed air dryers, and compressed air system accessories (drains, oil/water separators, etc). Knowledge of Oil Free Compressors is a plus. Technicians will have a company vehicle and will be dispatched to various customers to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot compressor issues on site. Technicians will be responsible for filling out work orders and parts requisition forms for any diagnosed repairs. We have a rotating weekly on-call schedule and a $50 phone allowance. We are the sole authorized Sullair distributor for North and East Texas. We are looking for a tech to be based out of our DFW office and help cover our North Texas territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $25.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:

We provide masks, gloves, and ammonia based cleaning supplies. We follow the recommended mask mandates and social distancing guidelines in office and while on-site at customer’s facilities.

Experience:

  • Compressor Repair: 5 years (Required)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)
  • English (Required)
