Job Description

Mountaineer Generator Service is a Generator shop based in Elkins, WV. We provide Generator repair, service and sales to commercial and industrial customers throughout West Virginia and the surrounding areas.

We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team!

Job Description:

Experienced Generator Technician with >3 years experience. Must be able to diagnose and fix problems associated with Diesel and Natural Gas/Propane Electrical Generators from 10KW to 2500KW. Compensation Dependent upon Experience. Some Factory training preferred. Must be able to obtain security clearance and pass drug test.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $35.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • West Virginia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Direct: 7 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver’s License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Preferred)
