We are currently hiring for an Equipment Mechanic to join our team!

Job Location: At shop and customer site

Job Description:

Heavy Construction Equipment maintenance, repair, and overhauls.

Basic Duties:

Independently perform all modes of maintenance, operation, repair, adjustment, modification, overhaul, engine removal, and installation of heavy construction equipment and industry safety and required standards. Will also transport and operate mobile and/or stationary units in any or all modes as applicable, complete functional tests to confirm accuracy of completed work. Troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance on heavy construction equipment. Conduct equipment evaluations and preventative maintenance inspections.

Qualifications:

Practical knowledge of computers and use of office programs (MS Windows, MS Office, specifically Word and Excel) • Strong organizational, communications and planning skills • Ability to pay close attention to detail. • Ability to work independently but follow specific detailed instructions. • Ability to work required alternate work shifts when necessary to meet work requirements to include weekends and holidays as needed. • Possess a valid driver’s license with no infractions/ violations. • 2 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent, 0-2 years of relevant experience • Typically requires general education, vocational training, and/or on-the-job training
