Job Description

Blue Bell Creameries is seeking an Electrical Engineering Technician for the Broken Arrow, OK manufacturing plant.

REQUIRED:

• Two-year degree minimum in Electrical Distribution, related field or experience
• Fluent with electrical code work practices such; NEC, 70E & OSHA related safety requirements
• Comfortable working with 480V, Electric motors, and all other aspects of an industrial setting
• Recognize & address electrical safety
• Familiar with ACAD
• New project planning and support, working along other engineering & trade groups

OTHER PREFERRED DUTIES: (may require additional training)

• Use of E-tap for the purpose of; Coordination Studies, Arc-flash, Labels & related PPE
• Control panel building UL 508
• Occasional travel to other plants to assist with projects
• Occasional travel to distribution centers to provide temporary generator power
• Provide electrical monthly safety training
• Equipment upgrades, maintenance, Infrared inspections (IR) & trouble shooting electrical systems such: MCC’s, Main distribution switch panels, Soft-starts, Drives & some knowledge in controls

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Self-motivated individual to work with electrical equipment in an industrial setting to cover all aspects of electrical distribution.
