Job Description

Mohler Technology, Inc. (MTI) is an electric motor manufacturer, distributor and rebuild company, based in Boonville, IN. We take prides in maintaining a clean, state of the art facility, providing quality service to our customers and employing and retaining great people.

We are seeking an Electric Motor Winder / Coil Fabricator to join our team.

Position Responsibilities

  • Safe work practices are a must.
  • Strong work ethic with dependable time management.
  • Driven to provide a quality product with a professional attitude towards coworkers and customers.
  • Ability to identify and utilize best practice repair and production methods in an industrial manufacturing facility.
  • This position is best suited for the self-motivated and the true craftsman that is looking for long-term employment.
  • Understand insulation systems, motor connections, AC and DC apparatus.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Knowledge of testing equipment Baker, PDMA, Surge, IR/PI, High Potential, Bar-to-Bar and Core Loss.
  • Strong electrical understanding is a plus.
  • Be able to Solder, Braze and TIG weld.
  • Cannot use recreational drugs.
