We are currently seeking an Electric Motor Mechanic to join our shop in South Miami, FL!

Our electric motor mechanic is responsible for the disassembly, inspection, assembly, testing and repair of small electric motors. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Duties include assembly of electric motors, electrically testing, and test running electric motors.

Job Duties:

• Disassembly, assembly, testing and repair of small electric motors.
• Use of insulation resistance testers, hi-potential meters, ohm testers, micrometers, and AC and DC test panels • Work around shop as needed.

Qualifications:

• Expected to be able to work independently and with others depending on scope of work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with company management team and other employees.
• Must be able to perform generical physical activities.
• Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work.
• Positive attitude, Reliable, Productive, Committed to safety.
