Job Description

We are an Electric Motor Repair Shop based out side of Houston, TX. We offer Electric Motor Repair Services and have over 40 years of experience. We take prides in maintaining a clean, state of the art facility, providing quality service to our customers and employing and retaining great people.

We are currently seeking an Electric Motor Mechanic.

Job Description:

Constructs, maintains, repair and tests electric motors, pumps, generators, air compressors systems and components. Uses measuring and diagnostic tools to test, modify and repair electro – mechanical units. Ensures systems and components meet established specifications. May be required to perform field service duties. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma, Technical Degree or certifications in fields such as Electric motor repair, Industrial controls and PLCs desired. Minimum of 2 years of relevant motor repair work experience in a similar role; or a equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the testing and repair of mechanical assemblies, electrical wiring, electronic accessories and electronic components.

Attention to detail and excellent communication skills; written and verbal. Ability to use a computer (windows environment). Ability to work in a group as well as independently. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
