Job Description

We are currently seeking a Compressor Technician to join our shop!

Through the years our company has built a reputation for the highest-quality installation and repair work on Fans, Turbines, Blowers, Engines, Pumps and Gearboxes. This reputation was achieved with our field services and machine/mechanical service center holding firmly to the ideals of our founder.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and install all types of air compressors.
  • Firsthand experience with rotary screw compressors.
  • Firsthand experience with double-acting reciprocating compressors, preferred.
  • Firsthand experience with standard reciprocating compressors, preferred.
  • Read prints, wiring schematics, and diagrams for all equipment
  • Complete mechanical/electrical repair work as needed in an efficient manner
  • Must be able to interface with customers with a sense of pride and professionalism.
  • Overtime and travel may be required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical/vocational or high school diploma or GED required with one to three years of previous mechanical and electrical equipment service experience.
  • Prior work with Factory OEM’s a plus
  • Aptitude for mechanical and electrical trouble-shooting
  • Excellent driving record
  • Strong communication skills
  • Dedication to top notch customer service
  • Accurately complete paperwork
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willing to be on call.

Pay: Compensation commensurate with experience – Experience Preferred but not required.
