Energy Machinery Inc., headquartered in Rockland, MA, is a trusted regional distributor of industrial compressed air equipment. We represent leading manufacturers including Gardner Denver, SPX Hankinson, Airtech Vacuum, and Parker Hannifin, offering air compressors, air dryers, blowers, and related accessories.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Field Sales Representative to manage and grow business in the North of Boston and New Hampshire territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial machinery with specific experience in the compressed air industry. Interested? Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the assigned territory
• Conduct on-site evaluations of existing compressed air systems
• Recommend and sell system upgrades, replacements, and aftermarket solutions
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Work closely with internal support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial machinery sales
• Experience in the compressed air marketplace strongly preferred
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory
• Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary: $70,000 – $100,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
• Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
• Medical and Dental
