Associated Electro-Mechanics was established in 1976 by the late Normand Lebeau and Frank Smelewicz. In the early days, AEM was a small repair facility with six employee’s, servicing Massachusetts and on occasions neighboring states. Over the years, AEM has steadily grown. We now have 48 employees, service all of New England, New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey and have over 3,000 customers
