Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to handle inbound customer calls in our call center. This is not cold calling—customers are already interested. Your role is to guide them to the right generator solution, close sales, and deliver excellent service.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound sales calls from customers seeking generator solutions
• Recommend products based on customer needs, applications, and budget
• Provide product knowledge on major brands (Briggs & Stratton, Kohler, Generac, Champion)
• Close sales and upsell accessories, warranties, and related equipment
• Enter orders and maintain accurate customer records
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to drive conversions
• Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Knowledge of generators or power equipment strongly preferred
• Familiarity with major brands (Briggs & Stratton, Kohler, Generac, Champion)
• Comfortable handling high call volume
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
