<p><strong>As a Mechanic, your duties will include:</strong><br />
· Service and maintenance of customer equipment, both in shop and at customer locations.<br />
· Repair, inspect and maintain rental equipment.<br />
· Perform safety inspections on company vehicles.<br />
· Search parts and create estimates.<br />
· Load and deliver company product to customers.<br />
· Instruct customers on how to operate equipment.<br />
· Instruct customer on safety and maintenance of equipment.<br />
· Effective communication with Branch Managers.</p>

<p><strong>Position Summary</strong><br />
Position is focused primarily on the setup and operation of a multi-spindle, multi-turret lathe. Applies inspection techniques to monitor the CNC process. Collaborates with colleagues to maximize productivity in the precision manufacturing of the highest quality valves &amp; actuators for aerospace and power generation customers.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br />
• Read and interpret complex blue prints, shop travelers, and operation sketches for machined and/or fabricated parts.<br />
• Inspect parts to specifications and document results.<br />
• Installing fixtures and setting work offsets.<br />
• Using an offline tool pre-setter, prepare and set tools needed for machining operations.<br />
• Accurately and efficiently diagnose deviations and trends; adjust offsets to maintain quality product based on the analysis.<br />
• Report machinery, tooling or quality issues to supervisor.<br />
• Run multiple machine centers as required.<br />
• Perform additional duties as assigned.</p>
<p><strong>Education and Experience</strong><br />
• This position requires either a US Person (as defined in applicable export regulations) or a non-US person who is eligible to obtain required export authorization.<br />
• Experience in set-up and operation of multi axis CNC machinery: 3 axis lathes minimum; 4/5 axis horizontal mills and pallet line experience a plus.<br />
• High School Graduate or equivalent; technical certification or degree a plus.<br />
• Ability to work from complex drawings containing GD&amp;T.<br />
• Ability to perform accurate manual inspections of parts produced.<br />
• Solid understanding of G-code. Ability to program machines a plus.<br />
• Experience with low volume, high mix production a plus.</p>

• Using an offline tool pre-setter, prepare and set tools needed for machining operations.<br />
• Accurately and efficiently diagnose deviations and trends; adjust offsets to maintain quality product based on the analysis.<br />

Develop, document and maintain manufacturing processes for aerospace and industrial components in a high mix, low volume manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.</p>

Therefore, the Service Technician must possess a high degree of experience and a desire to improve these skills as equipment modifications change. Service Technicians must have the necessary safety training and certifications as determined by industry agencies (example OSHA, MHSA, etc). Service Technicians have a fixed schedule for work but also may be required to deviate from schedule per customer’s request as well as required to work on call using an assigned rotating schedule by the Service Manager. Technicians are frequently required to lift over 50 lbs and occasionally exceed 100 lbs., climb ladders, carry buckets of lubricants weighing between 25 lbs &amp; 55 lbs, bend as well as work after hours and in inclement weather.</p>

<p>ELECTRICAL KNOWLEDGE:</p>

<p>We are seeking a skilled <strong>Electric Motor Rewinder</strong> to join our team and support our growing service operations across the Gulf Coast region.</p>
<p>⚙️ Position Overview<br />
The Electric Motor Rewinder will be responsible for the repair, rebuilding, and rewinding of AC electric motors, including single-phase and three-phase motors up to 500 HP. This role focuses strictly on AC systems (no DC motors) and requires hands-on experience with both random and form (mash) winding techniques.</p>
<p>🛠️ Key Responsibilities<br />
• Perform complete teardown, inspection, and rebuild of AC electric motors<br />
• Execute random and form coil (mash) winding procedures<br />
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical motor failures<br />
• Reassemble, test, and ensure proper operation of motors<br />
• Work on related equipment including pumps and gearboxes<br />
• Utilize shop equipment including winding machines, burn-off ovens, and test systems<br />
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment</p>
<p>📋 Qualifications<br />
• Minimum 4 years of experience in electric motor repair and rewinding<br />
• Strong knowledge of AC motors (single-phase and 3-phase up to 500 HP)<br />

<p>• Set up and operate manual lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and grinders<br />

<p>Sons of Thunder is seeking a skilled Generator Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial generators. This role focuses on dependable backup power systems, including diesel, natural gas, and propane units. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and experienced with troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on standby and portable generators<br />
• Troubleshoot electrical systems including control panels, transfer switches, and wiring<br />
• Service engines (diesel, gas, propane) including fuel, cooling, and exhaust systems<br />
• Conduct load bank testing and performance evaluations<br />
• Install and commission new generator systems and automatic transfer switches (ATS)<br />
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals<br />
• Maintain accurate service records and reports<br />
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures<br />
• Provide on-site and emergency service calls as needed</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p>• 2+ years’ experience in generator repair, small engines, or related equipment<br />
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and engine mechanics<br />
• Experience with brands like Generac, Kohler, Cummins, or similar preferred<br />
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and multimeters<br />
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record<br />
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments</p>

<p>Job Summary</p>
<p>The CNC Programmer supports precision manufacturing of defense and aerospace components by developing, validating, and maintaining CNC programs that comply with customer specifications, contractual requirements, and regulated quality standards. This role ensures repeatable, traceable, and auditable machining processes in accordance with AS9100 and applicable defense contract requirements.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>• Develop, validate, and maintain CNC programs for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines in compliance with AS9100 quality standards<br />
• Interpret controlled engineering drawings, CAD models, specifications, and GD&amp;T requirements<br />
• Ensure CNC programs, setup sheets, and tooling documentation meet configuration control and revision requirements<br />
• Support first article inspections (FAI) per AS9102 and assist with validation of machining processes<br />
• Select approved tooling, fixtures, and machining strategies to meet material, tolerance, and surface finish requirements<br />
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production to resolve nonconformances, corrective actions, and root cause investigations<br />
• Optimize machining processes while maintaining compliance with customer and contractual requirements<br />
• Support internal and external audits, including customer, government, and third-party audits<br />
• Ensure programs follow cybersecurity, data control, and export compliance requirements (ITAR/EAR as applicable)<br />
• Maintain traceability of programs, revisions, and process changes</p>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>
<p>• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or apprenticeship preferred<br />
• 5 to 7+ years of CNC programming experience in a regulated manufacturing environment<br />
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, feeds, speeds, and multi-axis machining<br />
• Proficiency with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, GibbsCAM) and G-code<br />
• Ability to read and interpret aerospace/defense drawings and GD&amp;T<br />
• Experience working under AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems</p>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<p>• Experience with AS9100, AS9102 (FAI), and customer-specific aerospace requirements<br />

Blake &amp; Pendleton customers operate in a varied type of industries, such as manufacturing, utility, forestry, mining, etc. Blake &amp; Pendleton primarily supports Sullair compressed air equipment but also provides support for many other equipment designs.</p>
<p>A Service Technician must possess a high degree of experience and a desire to improve these skills as equipment modifications change. Service Technicians must have the necessary safety training and certifications as determined by industry agencies (example OSHA, MHSA, etc.). Service Technicians have a fixed schedule for work but also may be required to deviate from schedule per customer’s request as well as required to work on call using an assigned rotating schedule by the Service Manager. Technicians are frequently required to lift over 50 lbs. and occasionally exceed 100 lbs., climb ladders, carry buckets of lubricants weighing between 25 lbs. &amp; 55 lbs., bend as well as work after hours and in inclement weather.</p>

• Must be able to safely use all hand tools and power tools such as drill motors, grinders, band saws, etc.<br />

<p>We are currently seeking a <strong>Field Service Technician for our Jacksonville, FL region</strong>. The Service Technician performs field support activities, which involve start-up, preventive and corrective maintenance within the assigned territory. The selected candidate will possess the air compressor repair experience, knowledge and skills for effective utilization of related equipment and proven troubleshooting processes and procedures. Position reports to Service Manager.</p>
<p>A Blake &amp; Pendleton Service Technician provides maintenance/repair support for its customers. Blake &amp; Pendleton customers operate in a varied type of industries, such as manufacturing, utility, forestry, mining, etc. Blake &amp; Pendleton primarily supports Sullair compressed air equipment but also provides support for many other equipment designs.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities/Requirements (include but not limited to):</strong></p>
<p>• Must have 2 &#8211; 5 years electrical/mechanical industrial experience<br />
• Knowledge of customer equipment operations, able to read and interpret blueprints.<br />
• Must be able to correctly troubleshoot, repair all components and brands of air compressors<br />
• Must be able to properly use multimeters, amp meters, vibration and infrared meters.<br />
• Must be able to successfully perform the above while meeting the Company and Customer’s safety requirements.<br />
• Read and comprehend P&amp;I drawings, ID/GA drawings and wiring diagrams.<br />
• Perform routine preventative maintenance such as oil changes, cleaning and setting controls.<br />
• Must be able to set up rigging equipment and safely remove and reinstall motors, compressors and associated components.<br />
• ·Must be able to safely use all hand tools and power tools such as drill motors, grinders, band saws, etc.<br />
• Must have understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic principles and components.<br />
• Knowledge of different types of piping such as types of copper, black, aluminum and galvanized.<br />
• EPA certifications with Freon experience a plus.<br />
• Excellent driving record and able to drive service van or pickup truck is required.<br />
• Complete paperwork daily<br />
• Provide on call response during assigned week</p>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p>ELECTRICAL KNOWLEDGE:<br />
• Skilled in troubleshooting 120V control circuits.<br />
• Must be able to read and comprehend wiring diagrams.<br />
• Must be able to troubleshoot and repair single phase and 3Phase motor control circuits up to 480V, such as full voltage, reduced voltage and soft starters as well as 3 phase and single phase motor troubleshooting.<br />
• Must be able to properly use multimeters, ampmeters and infared meters.<br />
• Must be able to successfully perform the above while meeting the Company and<br />
• Customer’s safety requirements.</p>
<p><strong>MECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE:</strong></p>
<p>• Read and comprehend P&amp;I drawings.<br />
• Troubleshoot and repair various air compressor control components.<br />
• Must be able to perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, cleaning and setting controls.<br />
• Must be able to set up rigging equipment and safely remove and reinstall motors, compressors and associated components.<br />
• Must be able to perform motor alignments.<br />
• Must be able to safely use all hand tools and power tools such as drill motors, grinders, band saws, etc.<br />
• Must have understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic principles and components.<br />
• Knowledge of different types of piping such as types of copper, black and galvanized.<br />
• Knowledge of threading, sweating, brazing and welding a plus.<br />
• Must be able to bend and install control tubing such as 1/4&#8243; and 5/16&#8243; Stainless Steel tubing.</p>
